My background in the beauty industry and interior design, and later, sales and marketing, allow me to bring a unique perspective to the travel world--something you’ll notice from the moment you step into our artfully decorated boutique offices in Oak Bay or Sidney. Our level of service is why Departures is the oldest (and only) independent travel agency in Victoria!

When people ask me my favourite travel destination, I always say that my favourite place is the last place I’ve been, but India, Egypt, Bhutan and Morocco will always rank high on my list. As an avid traveller, I look for fully immersive destination experiences that include some adventure! From hot air balloon rides over Cappadocia to snorkelling with icebergs in Antarctica, I’ve become very comfortable outside my comfort zone!
